Hi all, my Pitcairnia Flammea is starting to flower and wanted to share some photos.  Does anyone know how to separate these guys as they dont pup like normal broms.

Alfina just my advice but i think your best to let it clump in the pot. Not only will you get a nice filling effect but when it flowers you'll have red flowers everywhere.

I usually go in with a knife and cut out the pups, but then, mine are in the ground. If they were in a pot you could probably find and remove the pups with a bit more subtlety. The pups do seem to pot up well, even if they don't have any roots.
