I am not all that familiar with Catopsis, but I think this is Catopsis sessiliflora.  Cute little plants.

Andy, wow, did you take the photos yourself?Huh? do you have any up close photos of the flowers???  Love learning about the other bromeliad families.  Thank you for sharing.

Yeah, these are my photos.  No photos of the flowers.  That was as close as I could get to anything blooming, and the flowers may have all been spent at that point (I'll try again this year...will be in the same area around the same time).  They were in a ravine, so tantalizingly close, but not close enough to get a better picture.
