The photo was taken in Colombia - east of San Jose Del Palmar, Just inside the Choco Dept., near border with Valle de Cauca Dept. and near Tatama National Park. Very wet west-facing cloud forest at approx. 6,000 feet/1,800 meters.

Does anyone know the species?  Cheers...
