I thought I showed pictures of these when they were still really small but can't find the thread again.  I created this cross to see what would happen with the scape length (or lack of scape), whether the plants would bloom repeatedly on the same inflorescence, and whether they would be sterile or not.

So far the leaves seem to be pretty much a range of intermediary characteristics of the parents.  Some just look like a larger De. lorentziana and some look almost spot on like a slightly smaller De. longipetala.  The scape lengths range from ~5" down to just barely rising above the leaves (but with a definite scape).  The petals are much more like the green De. lorentziana, but have a brighter yellow color toward the base.  The one odd thing is that the petals seem to be prone to flaring out a bit at the tips.  They seem to be open for at least two days and it is the second day that they start to flare open more (the first day they hold a nice tight tube).
