hmmm   starting seeds is a real stressor thing for me. Bad scene..
You still hang out at the Q on Friday?
Might stop by with seed.. Did you still want a H Aztec Sun?  I got a ratty looking one that needs a home. or if you want a monster..
I have two male H with flowers starting to open up and a gunmetal color H that is just starting to bloom.

Almost bought a H. something Dutch Vandervort online... have you seen it? Hate to buy something for top $ of something I already own. got any pictures of it?

I'm hit and miss at Q lately...pretty busy.  I do need to go in this week, but not sure if it will be Friday or sooner than that.  I'm interested in anything, but A.S. is definitely on my wish list.

I've seen possibly a couple tagged like that.  All have looked like fairly bland podantha-type plants.  Same with the one 'Bill Baker Seed' or some variant of that.  Without any more information (like even general location--and hopefully spelled right) or looking really distinctive I don't see any reason to get mystery plants.  I've seen so many with very poor spelling of location that it is a crap shoot.

I still have a couple of males blooming and a new spike that is growing like crazy (~5 ft of growth in around 3-4 days).  Not sure which sex that one is.  Also I have two others that have been threatening to bloom for 10 or so months (just like the one that just shot up so fast all of the sudden).  I just planted a couple of batches of crosses from this year.

Cool.  I think I will head in today as well so I don't have to fight the Friday traffic this week.
