Antho,

My first thought was Ananas Tricolor but I'm not sure; have you seen the fruit?

Hi Antho.

Your lovely pineapple plant looks to be spineless, which counts out Ananas 'Tricolor' - about which Rick was unsure.

It looks closer to Ananas 'Ivory Coast' - but there are several new spineless, variegated pines around, including many unregistered and/or with variable and questionable "nurseryperson's'" names. As Rick suggests, the inflorescence and subsequent fruit should reveal more...maybe!
